¢Æ Backwashing - The Backwashing Process of Super-Filter is as follows

¨Û Filter Body
¨ç Raw Water
¨è Filtered water

¨é Backwashed Water
¨ê Control Panel
¨ë Filtering Pump

¨ì Air Cylinder
¨í Revolving Plate
¨î Pressure Gauge
¨ï Butterfly Valve

There are two kinds of backwashing: automatic and manual. For the automatic backwash,
when inner pressure reaches a predetermined value on the pressure switch ¨ê  due to SS clogging
in the filtering process, the pressure switch begins operation and initiates the backwash.
Manual backwash is processed in the same order as the automatic routine, when the manual
backwash switch installed on ¨ê  is turned on.

1) In the filtering process, when pressure reaches a predetermined value on the pressure switch
¨ê, the filter stops ¨ë , valves 1 and 4 of  ¨ï are closed, and valves 2 and 3 are opened.

2) Also,  ¨ì is in the forward-operation state revolving  ¨í, which causes the inner revolving
cylinder of ¨Û  to rotate. As a result, the chemical textile single strand threads hang loose.

4) Then,  ¨ë is turned on and the water flows in the arrow's direction. The SS accumulated
in the filtering process is eliminated by running water in the direction opposite to the
    movement of the filtering process.

5) The backwashed water is returned to the initial inflow area of the filtering container.

6) When the specified backwashing process time is over, the filter stops ¨ë , valves 2 and 3 of
¨ï  are closed, and valves 1 and 4 are opened.

7) Also  ¨ì is in the backward-operation state revolving  ¨í in the opposite direction, which
tightens up the filter composed of chemical textile single strand threads. Then ¨ë is put into
operation, which begins the filtering process again.
