The Super-filter is a filter with considerably improved backwash efficiency, thanks to the layering and twisting of thousands of chemical textile single strand threads. These are used in a straightforward manner for the filtering process, and then are untwisted for the backwash flow. The shortcomings of existing filters (including sand filters and cartridge filters) were largely economic, as time losses due to clogged filters and the high costs of filter exchange and maintenance quickly added up.

Especially, as they lacked an efficient backwash system to help extend the filter's durability, they led to financial drain due to a necessarily frequent exchange of machinery. Under the judgement that we can prevent such economic loss only by maximizing backwash efficiency, the greatest shortcoming of filters, the company decided to use liquid textile as a filter. We envisaged a filter using chemical textile single strand threads that are neither knitted nor woven, and so finally the Super-Filter was created.
