Especially, as
they lacked an efficient backwash system
to help extend the filter's durability,
they led to financial drain due to a necessarily
frequent exchange of machinery. Under the
judgement that we can prevent such economic
loss only by maximizing backwash efficiency,
the greatest shortcoming of filters, the
company decided to use liquid textile as
a filter. We envisaged a filter using chemical
textile single strand threads that are neither
knitted nor woven, and so finally the Super-Filter
was created.
